Korean beauty wholesale & closeout lots for retailers

We sell to businesses: retailers, salons, online sellers and distributors. To open a wholesale account, fill out the wholesale application with your seller's permit and EIN.

No. Rainbow Wholesale is wholesale only and every item has a minimum order, shown on the product page and in the cart: at least one box, or at least 6 units for items without a box size. Larger orders go by the box or master case. There is no dollar minimum per order.

All orders are FOB Buena Park, California. Pickup is by appointment only, Monday to Friday, for orders placed on the site and paid online (or in cash at the appointment): there are no sales at the warehouse, so order on the site and wait for our pickup email before you come. You can also arrange your own freight or carrier. The buyer takes on the cost, risk and responsibility of shipping from the moment the goods leave our warehouse, so we are not responsible for damage or loss in transit. On request we can send photos of your order before it ships.

Closeouts are discontinued and overstock items at reduced wholesale prices, in limited quantities. Closeout items are final sale. You can make an offer on any product or on a full lot.

On any product, choose a number of boxes or the whole lot and enter the price per unit you would like to pay. We review every offer and reply by email to accept or counter. Accepted offers get an invoice you can pay online. Offers are subject to availability until paid.

Yes. If you take the entire available quantity of an item, you get our lowest price. Choose "The whole lot" in the offer form and leave the price blank to get a quote, or name your own price.

Prices shown are card prices. Pay by bank (ACH at checkout or wire) and save 3%. You can pay at checkout by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, ACH bank debit, bank transfer or wire, or check, or pay cash at your pickup appointment. Orders are released for pickup or shipping once payment has cleared.

Yes. Choose Check at checkout and enter your seller's permit number and your name exactly as on your photo ID, then mail the check or bring it to your pickup appointment. Bring the matching photo ID to pickup. Orders paid by check are released only after the check has fully cleared our bank, which usually takes 7 to 10 business days, so expect a delay. Checks do not get the 3% bank discount. For faster release, pay by card or ACH.

Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order about shortages or defective items. Because orders ship FOB Buena Park, transit damage is the carrier's responsibility; file claims with your carrier. Closeout and final-sale items cannot be returned.
