This brush is made with a soft white rubicelle material that helps in naturally applying eye makeup. Is used to apply eye shadow near the entire eye creating highlight gradations. The rubicelle sponge tip is replaceable when it is worn out.How To Use
Get an appropriate amount of eye makeup on the sponge tip and shake away any excess before gently applying the sponge around the eye.
Tips
