Product Return and Exchange Procedure
Customer satisfaction is our first priority here at Rainbow Beauty Company. Should you find any item to be deemed defective or not as described, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 7 days after receiving the products. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY rainbowholesale.com To Initiate a Return please email us or give us a call at 714-736-9100 for approval and a Return Authorization with all of this information: your name, invoice number, date of order and name of item you wish to return.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
