Customer satisfaction is our first priority here at Rainbow
Beauty Company. Should you find any item to be deemed defective or not as described,
the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 10 days
after receiving the products. Although we check all merchandise for defects and
damage prior to shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the
product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. We'll
exchange/credit a product, even if you make the mistake, but you'll be
responsible for all transportation charges including returning shipping fee if
you purchase wrong items. To initiate a
Return please email us or give us a call at 714-736-9100 for approval and a
Return Authorization with all of this information: your name, invoice number,
date of order and name of item you wish to return. No returns will be accepted
without prior approval. All items must be returned in "as new"
condition in the original packaging and have all accessories. Unless we make
mistake, shipping charge is not refundable and we will not pay return shipping
charge. Note: Refusing delivery is not an authorized return and we reserve the
right to refuse acceptance of these returns. If we accept the return, we may
subtract round-trip shipping from your refund.
1.Replacement of Goods
If for any reason (purchased wrong product is the most common reason, or you find the product not meet your need) you want to make a replacement, please advise us first. We will send replacing goods only after receiving the returning products. If you urgently need the replacement, you may make an additional purchase. If the replacement is caused by our mistake, (for example, shipped wrong items, or quality problem etc.) we will fully refund the replacement purchase amount after receiving returned goods.
We'll exchange/credit a product, even if you make the mistake, but you'll be responsible for all transportation charges including returning shipping fee if you purchase wrong item(s). Authorization must be obtained from us for the return of goods. All requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. The returned package must be received within 15 business days after authorization of return. If you make a mistake (for example, choose wrong products) and want to return for a refund, there is 25% restock fee plus shipping cost if we provide free shipping.
When Will I Receive My Credit For Return?
Credit will be issued within 3 business days after receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account through PayPal. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable if it is not our mistake which causes the return.
